An article from the magazine ``LIFE'' published in 1950 is used as a motif based on the ``DeLorean time machine'' that appears in the movie ``Back to the Future.''
Originally, I would have liked the past 1955 LIFE that was covered in Part 1, but since there was nothing particularly useful in the article, I decided to write about the bikini hydrogen bomb test and other things related to nuclear energy (plutonium), which is important in this movie. I decided to use the one from 1950, which had a special feature on it.
For this reason, nuclear-related headlines and articles are often used on the surface of the car.
(The time machine DeLorean in Part 1 uses nuclear fusion to generate a huge amount of electricity, making it possible to transcend time.An invention, its effective use for the development of science, and the article featured in LIFE, which was used.) The story depicts the difference from nuclear weapons as a weapon, and the existence of the developer, ``Doc,'' who will do whatever it takes to make his dreams come true.
Also, the title "why not do it with some style.!" refers to the reason why Doc modifies his beloved DeLorean car in the movie, even though there may be a scientific reason for it, above all, "If you're going to make something, it's better to make it look cool!" ” I chose the title from his words. This is one of my mottos when creating works.

本来はパート1 で行った過去の1955 年のLIFE がよかったが、記事内容が特に使用できそうなものが無かったため、ビキニ水爆実験など、この映画の中でも重要な「核エネルギー( プルトニュウム)」に関係する特集があった1950 年のものを使用することにした。
そのため車体表面には核関係の見出し、記事を多用してある。
( パート１のタイムマシンデロリアンは核融合によって膨大な電力を起こし、時間を超えることが可能になる。一つの発明、科学の発展のためへの有効活用と、使用したLIFE にも特集された「兵器」としての核との差、そして夢を実現するべくならどんな手も使う開発者の「ドク」の存在などを込めた。)
またタイトルの"why not do it with some style.!" は、劇中ドクが愛車デロリアンを改造してしまった理由について、科学的な理由はあるにせよ、何より「どうせ作るならカッコイイ方が良い！」と言っていた言葉をタイトルにした。これは私の作品制作の「座右の銘」の一つである。
