This is because the place where the main characters fight in the manga is the ``Olympic Stadium,'' and during the battle, there is a depiction of a military satellite attacking the Olympic Stadium, causing it to explode into flames, and a sign saying ``XX days left until the Olympics''. ``Cancellation! Cancellation!'' and ``Strongly opposed!'' are more often described in negative terms, and the author draws on the depictions in the story and the dark reality that often lurks behind bright topics in reality. なぜなら漫画の中で主人公たちが戦う場所は” オリンピックスタジアム” で、その戦いのさなか、軍事衛星よりオリンピックスタジアムを攻撃、爆発炎上という描写があり、そして「オリンピックまであと〇〇日」などという看板には「中止だ中止！」や「断固反対」など、どちらかと言ったら否定的な描写の方が多い、そういう物語の中の描写と、現実の明るい話題の陰に潜む、度々上がる黒い現実を引き合いに出し、この作品に落とし込みました。そして、アキラの主人公” 金田正太郎” は、鉄人28 号の主人公” 金田正太郎” のオマージュでもあり、それは戦後、戦争をはじめ、世界を破滅へと導いた大人たちへの不信感・反抗という意味もあります。( アキラのストーリー自体も第三次世界大戦後となっている。)
